The program of this event includes many components: a forum, exhibition, business meetings B2B, training, visits to olive oil fields and companies.

Concerning the scientific forum, it will be led by national and international experts such as  Christian and Hélène Deulatte Hulberg. It will focus on four major axes respectively consisting of

"The designations of origin ",  "organic, fair market",  "olive oil at national and international level"

and "olive oil and heritage."

The B2B sessions will be marked by the participation of professionals from 5 countries considered as very  important for Tunisian exporters, namely Russia, Brazil, China, Canada and the USA in addition to Switzerland and South Africa.

Regarding  the exhibition, it will be attended by Tunisian and foreign professionals representing many sectors related to the olive oil.

Furthermore, an extensive training program on the occasion of the forum. It covers three main themes namely BIO, the AOC and tasting.
